Prairie Mechanical preventative maintenance customers are given login credentials to access an online portal which allows them to manage their account from the comfort of their own office. Whether a company has an advanced asset management tool, or doesn’t even have a list of the equipment in the building, this portal allows a customer to manage everything they need in one convenient spot.

View work orders
View status of a work order, notes and pictures uploaded by the technician & final work order report once completed.

View invoice balances
See entire history of invoices and current balances.

View list of equipment
View all equipment listed on site including each equipment’s make, model, serial number, year and identifying tag name.

Request service
Request service by specifying date, time and description of service needed. Dispatcher will follow up with a call on scheduling details.

Create reports
Create custom reports to track budget expenses and equipment history/cost. Valuable for assessing repair vs. replace costs and annual spending. Reports can be exported to an excel or PDF format to allow for easy editing.

“We have been clients of Prairie Mechanical for almost ten years. Initially we started out with a service contract, but over the years have also required some extensive repair work. The maintenance agreement is perfect for maintaining the HVAC equipment in our building. It is important to us to have a trained professional checking the equipment on a regular basis. There were several occasions that problems were identified before significant damage was done to our heat pumps. Fixing the problem early prevented potentially not having the heat pump work for an extended amount of time, and saved us from costly repairs of a larger problem. When a problem is identified the technician takes the time to explain the problem so that it is understandable. He presents all of the alternatives to repair or replace the part. Also the office is very accommodating in scheduling work to be done around the needs of our office.
