“We have been clients of Prairie Mechanical for almost ten years. Initially we started out with a service contract, but over the years have also required some extensive repair work. The maintenance agreement is perfect for maintaining the HVAC equipment in our building. It is important to us to have a trained professional checking the equipment on a regular basis. There were several occasions that problems were identified before significant damage was done to our heat pumps. Fixing the problem early prevented potentially not having the heat pump work for an extended amount of time, and saved us from costly repairs of a larger problem. When a problem is identified the technician takes the time to explain the problem so that it is understandable. He presents all of the alternatives to repair or replace the part. There are so many examples of Prairie Mechanical going above and beyond, but there is one that stands out in my mind. It was during the summer and very hot. Our server room air conditioner went out and we risked our office servers over-heating and shutting down. Jason, our Prairie Mechanical technician was on his way home when he got the call.
